  After previously dealing with a big wave of malware in the Arch Linux AUR (Arch User Repository), another wave happened while I was off touching grass.

  @gamingonlinux Paraphrased from the comments "The AUR is fine, I just installed 44 packages and caught nothing. You just have to git gud, I mean review everything before you install or upgrade."
  The idea that someone just wants to use their computer without spending more time reviewing code than running it does not seem very popular with some Arch users.
  I hope they can find a solution that doesn't put all the burden on end users.
