     I genuinely don't believe that Asians would rate Niggers higher than Whites.

     I have never seen any evidence of that. Rather Asians would rate Niggers as the lowest of the lowest and often rate Whites as high as themselves.

     Unless China, they seem to think that we are pigs and I don't know about Indians, they seem to be mix of Niggers and Jews and dnon't look anything at all like the south east Asian people.

     But lower than niggers... strange.

     I don't know about the average, but what I have seen in general. In Indonesia they rate Whites as higher than Asians and they rate blacks as the lowest.
