Let's assume for a moment, that it's not "merely laziness". What else could it be?

I have only the bridged Mastodon account and therefor minimal insight. But whenever I spent some time on BlueSky it feels terrible. I don't just mean what people usually post about there. I'm also disillusioned by the tendency to respond to posts with nothing but affirmation - (or with stereotypical rejection).

BlueSky seems already too close to the average of the general population. But just like in society, it comes down to joining the right subsystems - or you'll get lost.
