      @nielsa this is like saying triage at hospitals gets you effective altruism, which no it does not

      @nielsa Sometimes constraints you wish weren't there are imposed on you and you have to make complex life or death choices. Like in the trolley problem. Like with triage.

      Triage is (generally) meant to maximize the number of lives saved. Like the trolley problem hints at.

      @hakan_geijer i don't really think the trolley problem is like a triage, exactly because it's stripped off all the mess and context that makes up reality (even the few triage examples I've seen in medical text books have more details). Am I missing something here?
