I want to get a new air quality sensor for indoors (temp, humidity, air pressure, CO2).

I looked at some to buy but then I saw something about making one.

Is this a good idea or will it be harder than it looks?

Was looking at ESP32 controller, SCD41 sensor (CO2), BME280 sensor (temp, humidity, pressure), but I’ll probably need to look closer to make sure I get the right parts. Any recommendations on places to get parts like this?
