   It's so weird how two years after every company started firing technical employees en masse everything technical is constantly working just a little bit worse

     @mcc I know it isn't always possible, but I am rapidly becoming one of those "I'm just going to march in and talk to a human" people. I would like to apologize profusely to my grandparents.

     They did not just fire technical staff. Every team was getting someone or the other getting laid off.
