I hate this feeling as if I've done something wrong and want to make up for it and am sad about it, but don't know what. Some of the stuff I blame myself for is my falt and some isn't, and I'm not sure which is which. Can anyone else relate?

@Fragglemuppet I can relate.
None of the past can be changed. But you can go forth and try to do better. Have some compassion for yourself- what would you say to your best friend?
Think that

@Fragglemuppet Guilt is insidious. Unfortuantely, there is no tried and true way of getting to the bottom of assigning blame. I meditate on the issues I'm seeing. I try to examine things to see if I'm really guilty. After doing this for awhile, it becomes reflexive. None of it is going to be easy. But I think it will help in the long term.
