   Goodness me, I'm at 230.2! I'm nearly in the 22X pounds weight range! https://dustycloud.org/tmp/org_diet_results.html

   My BMI is now 30.4. I'm at the cusp of leaving obesity. Unimagineable a year and a half ago, when my BMI was at 39, the upper end of class II obesity, nearly into class III.

   And I'm not done yet!
