Looking for Cat help: I am broke and disabled so most water fountains have been a hassle for me. I cannot be buying new filters every month and having to scrub and clean the whole thing once a week.

I am currently trying to find the lowest maintenance one and have considered simply making one with a container and a waterpump. I have no problem changing the water every day, It's more so that my cat wants something that is moving, or he doesn't drink water.

Any recs or help is greatly appreciated.
