Sobriety day 2: After a sleepless night, I did manage about 3 hours of light sleep at work and then 5 hours at night, though it felt like I kept slipping in and out of it. 3mg melatonin across both and a speck of weed for the latter don't seem to have helped that much, and nicotine might have actually harmed it - though that's been many hours before sleep. Heart feels a bit heavy and I'll have to take it easy. But weekends are for sleeping anyway so who knows, I might still drop like a log in the afternoon.
And since this should probably be about alcohol too... yeah, honestly no cravings whatsoever.
