   When I was let go from my job for budget reasons, I started taking all the good stationary home. We probably have enough to see both my kids through school and beyond, ex-colleagues were confused why they could never find a biro. No regrets.

     That's amateur. When I was laid off back in the day, I scored a stapler, about all the pens, half the automatic pencils, and several reams of copy paper.

     I think the Statute of Limitations has long run out on that tho.
