    Video 'shorts' (i.e., Instagram, TikTok) have now conditioned people to click/scroll to the next morsel after 15-30 seconds. In fact it auto plays the next tidbit, no user interaction needed.

    It's no longer the old increased frame rate of TV commercials designed to captivate us; today this minimalist format has become the `standard metric for all communication`.

    Knock-Knock. Your attention span has atrophied.
