    People say you should let your cat out as it kills wildlife, but when my cat Neko brings in a dead bird or mouse, I leave it in the middle of the garden and a red kite comes down to collect it. My cat is in fact a bird feeder.

      @fesshole On the fence on this one. I feel like the anti-cat people don't consider that most of the destruction of indigenous species is done by other human companions. Notably rats which love to steal eggs and chicks and will eat nearly any insect or plant. They are what wiped out most life on Rapa Nui and have done massive damage in Australia and many other places not to mention the Bubonic plague (where cats were also blamed)
      How can we control them? Poison is a worse solution.
