   @cubicgarden I am totally in favour of a cap, but would set it much higher than 10 million, given there are now countless billionaires. I think even a cap of 999 million would make a huge positive difference.

   The likelihood of any of this happening is of course vanishingly small, but the idea of a 10 million cap seems way too low to me given the amount of wealth around, and even less likely to ever become a realistic proposition.

     @cubicgarden my thinking is basically that billionaires should not exist, and I think that's also an easier sell (but still unlikely to every happen, I admit).

     @mario It doesn't really make sense to start bargaining at £1 billion. That easily allows for the conversation to raise it to £10 billion or £100 billion or higher and then the powerfull can just argue that it'd have very little impact at that point so there'd be no point doing it. I think we have to start the haggle low.
