     @alda I almost joked that sounds like all tech but I’ve realized that all tech, if you dig enough, has literal nazis for leadership at some level

     @alda definitely. Or staying on X vs some of the alternatives. It’s a range, but deep enough everything is problematic to one level or another.

     @chris IMO, there's a difference between hyping something like Omarchy and simply using something a mainstream distro like Fedora or Ubuntu despite any leadership issues they may or may not be dealing with.

     @alda Heh... I know this pain all-too-well. My Framework machine was good for this, but only with Ubuntu. Honestly, this is a big part of why I've just given up and only have a Mac today.

     @chris all I want is for the fingerprint scanner to work out of the box and for my laptop to work for its intended purposes.
