   "I'm using the steam machine in desktop mode to get some work done. This is my first time using Linux, but there's not a big difference from Windows, is there? I saw posts which said 'It [Linux] is totally different from Windows so beginners shouldn't touch it' but that was really an exaggeration."

     I rarely use either. I just compile pdfs using typst, and use sc-im for spreadsheets.

     @Humpleupagus @heavens_feel it does, but eventually you need to send a specific word/excel file that just won't show up right on a system with microslop's office and i can't rely on it anymore :shrug5:
