If you are in California, call your state senator and assembly member to request that they do not participate in the sham trailer bill being circulated by California Forever lobbyists to circumvent CEQA and allow CF to use an EIR from 2008.

Should this trailer bill be passed, other developers will do the same: claim that their projects must be exempted because economic opportunities are at stake.
