   Trying to keep storage constant if I upsize a Droplet, but if I tick the box I can't choose smaller spec (obvs) but also can't choose larger ones.

   AI Assistant says
   "If you choose “Downscale anytime,” you’ll only see droplet sizes with equal or smaller disk sizes."

   "the resize wizard only lets you pick droplet sizes whose root‑disk matches or exceeds your current storage"

     Doesn't explain why
     - LLM gives me 3 different answers
     - LLM doesn't tell me about the known issue
