   The most interesting thing I'm seeing isn't teams shipping #AI faster.

   It's teams deliberately putting #engineering discipline back around their AI code. 💡

     They're not doing it to be pedantic.

     They're doing it because they've already been burned by the alternative: a pile of brittle code nobody dares to touch in production.

     So they're insisting on the "boring" parts again:
     - structured outputs instead of parsed strings,
     - a service layer instead of logic in the endpoint,
     - tests that mock the model,
     - an abstraction over the provider.
