   Google has new terms and conditions. If you have a gmail account, you should have gotten an email about it. It would be wise to click through to read the non-lawyer-speak document about what they've changed.

   While I'm annoyed at the hand-waving of "such as this or that" phrasing, it's readable.

     @brouhaha From what I've read, it's not earth-shakingly different for US users, however both sets (EU is separate) mention an age requirement. Gosh and golly, I sure hope I'm old enough! They seem to be CYA about that, that they operate in the background on your devices to eat bandwidth you might have to pay for, and that some of what they get will be used for training "automated services" which include analyzing the Dethklok song you're listening to, and brilliantly offering you Mary's Cooking With Ferrets.
