     Are these opt-in? I'm often annoyed that apps I install just assume I want all notifications the app can produce and it's my job to turn then off.

     (I might be the odd case, I only have notifications on a select few chat apps and email)

     @worldwidewerner Yes, you have to manually enable them in Settings -> Push Notifications
