     @thatbrickster i'm curious about this, since the Indians in Luxembourg are definitely the most privileged (highest caste, best educated, highest IQ). they are the only ones who could migrate.

     @kaia Meanwhile, India hasn't done historically well in PISA yet we get their students. I'd like to think this has negatively affected national scores across the West.
