   My dog Max is reactive and he head butted me in the face smashing my nose during a training session. So I was ready to spend $100/day for 3 to 4 weeks to train him at an all day program.

   We've been going once a week for half an hour and although it's expensive, I just want the dog trained. I don't want to feel frightened of him or worried that he's going to hurt someone.

   It's a business. They don't answer their phone or relay messages to my trainer. They respond to emails days later.

     So before I drop my dog off for eight hours a day with the trainer, I asked for her phone number. She wouldn't give it to me. It's not their policy.

     During our last in person session I saw another trainer on their phone with a dog and 30 minutes later they were in the same spot still on their phone.

     My trainer also changed the price of our private sessions three times. She quoted me one price then charged me more. When she tried to *double charge* me at our last session, it was the lower $.
