     Very much more expensive!

     They can say 'ladders (chips) are getting cheaper', but when you're still digging an every greater hole to climb out of, it doesn't yet matter what it costs to climb from ground level up to where the fruit (profit) is.

     These CEOs and VCs don't care about profit. They care about valuation, and "the greater fool".

     Post-IPO is a foreign country, they do things differently there.
