So… there are only very few maxi-scooters with modern >12kwh (e.g. CATL) battery which would be sufficient and cold-resistant enough for my maximum distance travel during winter, and because Germany couldn't give less of a fuck for anything that isn't a car I'd have to travel to Spain, Italy or Greece to even be able to test-drive them.

But those of course would also track you with invasive garbage software because money / power.
