Saw this on @TheOnion a few days ago. This is actually the gazebo in my local park in #Chicago. Proof photos attached. And to prove the point of the article, the night I saw this article, the gazebo had an amateur marching band rehearsing a slightly-out of tune version of "When the Saints Go Marching In" - they were definitely sober but it was still a funny coincidence.
