the files downloaded by qbittorrent are not accessible by docker which is running our *arr apps

@Chloe@catwithaclari.net my guess is that either the torrent client or if you use some sort of network sharing protocol to share the download folder are messing with your permissions and create files with permissions set in such a way that *arr can't do some stuff with it. the folder permissions probably doesn't matter as much since files can have different permissions than the folder they reside in
