   the cia used to publish manuals in south america that taught people things like how to call in sick and slack off at work to lower overall productivity or why leaving lights on and water running for stuff you don't personally pay for fucks utilities and larger property holders, they did this because they knew that every little bit helps to speed up systemic collapse
   
   if people in power are going to make everything possible worse for you, the least you can do is make the strain on the system more than what they are prepared to handle as part of their managed decline
