   and then when the call I’m expecting comes in and I say “I have to take this” and hang up on you,

     @mattly someone should write a book. i have felt for a long time that most NTs need ND folk to explain how social rules actually work!

     @mattly I do wonder how much of that is because they feel that non-verbal subtext is more important than verbal communication. But I wonder that about a lot of things.

     If they could take me cpu cycles without making the browser unresponsive, or the fans spin up to 100% maybe... But boy howdy can they ever not manage that
