   @bradlinder At $70 a year vs $750 lifetime, the question to ask is... will you use it for at least a decade? I got mine at $120... but I'm about 1 year away from a decade of use. Of course, will Plex survive another decade at these insane prices?

     Plex is raising its price from $250 to $750 in July. At that price, it's unlikely many people will choose the lifetime option... and that's kind of the point.
