   @ascentale @bikenite #BikeNite A8 lots of huge piles of autumn leaves, many pushed helpfully off the side of the roads and into the bike lanes. (previously posted) but I also saw this genius who managed to drive up and over the concrete barrier, then park to completely block the footpath and mostly block the counter-flow bike lane - council response to this photo was to visit 30hrs later, be unable to locate the van but to say they would schedule a "parking enforcement visit" sometime "in the near future"
