About a month ago I started making my week start at 11am on a Monday instead of 9am. The quality of life difference is huge. I don't get Sunday dread now, and I spend the morning walking/gardening. Much less body/ brain shock to being at a desk 9am after a lovely weekend.

@Thayer But also, yes - state of mind and work/life rhythms are part of being productive for me. Insane this field never seems to have made it to the "real" world of "adult" work - just spreadsheets of hours and expectations to deliver. Sigh.
