@PNS I would avoid an overqualified candidate, unless the only other options are trash. They will probably quit in a week and complain a lot.
But if you are overqualified, you might still need a job, so yeah, make a dum-dum resume.

All I see is HR visits and a lawsuit around simple tasks
The really "educated" won't last anyway.
Whatever the work is they are above it.
They certainly won't feel an obligation to be competent.
