@blogdiva "as long as they did not intentionally or recklessly cause" -- well, they are all by their own admission reckless -- "move fast and break things". So apart from the absurdity of the whole "no our fault" idea, it breaks on that concept.
However, I expect the bill will pass if they set the bribes high enough.
