   There's plenty of people who approve of what Trump's doing, or don't care as long as they get something out of it (a tax break, deregulation, "Handmaid's Tale"-esque social policies, some form of bigotry satisfied, etc.). Also, as LBJ noted, plenty of people are stupid, easy racist marks.

     If Dracula did nothing more than attack white people with only •one• fang while attacking Black and brown people with •both•, that would get him 25% of the vote right there.

     At this point, it feels like Count Dracula could run for president and get votes, as long as people felt they'd save a few dollars/"it's about jobs"/"the government's staying out of XYZ"/<insert minority group here> are "taken care of", etc.
