   A fun #marchintosh surprise from @csilverman 😁 what fun and thank you!!

   We got to experience this unusual Mac for a few hours before (predictably) the barrel jack gave up on this 5300-based machine. HD imaging and some touch-up work on the docket! 🤞

     I have the manual too but I haven’t gotten to them yet. I have two systems myself but they are a bit beat up.

     @billgoats @csilverman an iPad from 1997!

     It's a touchscreen grafted onto the guts of a 5300, designed for (most likely) accessible use by people with disabilities.

     For example, there is a program that lets you make 'boards' of buttons that lead to custom actions...think a picture of a water glass, and when you press, it says "Water, please" or whatever scripty thing you ask it to do.

     Will do a full thread eventually because there is so little info out there on this guy!
