A message from Catfish Co-op:

We at Catfish Coop Ltd are looking for one or two new members to come and join us, please see below:

#Huddersfield (Marsh area) with good access to bus routes and local shops where we provide safe, secure and affordable housing for our members - would you like to join our little community?

Currently we have 2 rooms available for rent – freshly decorated with shared kitchen, bathroom, a utility/washroom and garden. The rooms are reasonably sized and the rent is set at £315 per calendar month including council tax and water. There is an additional charge of £75 per month for the utilities which are gas, electricity, internet, eco washing powder/liquid, other shared sundries and even bog roll!

We have 3 residents living here at the moment. The house is smoke free and we would welcome a pet if you have one, although we cannot accept cats or snakes due to allergies, and if you have a dog we would like to meet them first.
