     @Infoseepage It also produces a significant portion of the world's helium supply, and that's a long term problem for things like silicon chip problem.

     (It also demonstrates how much gas goes through the facility - when you have ppm/ppb helium, and can produce a significant part of the world supply as a result).

     Also, the north field where the gas is drawn from is shared with Iran, and there's a long term game of sucking out each other's reserves, so it's probably Iran making a statement - if we can't process from this gas field you can't either.
