     @jwz This was never about kids. This was entirely and wholly a push proposition from surveillance capitalism to know absolutely with certainty the identities of every internet user so that all the data points in their databases could be affirmatively tied to an actual person's identification. That's it, that's the whole thing. It's a recipe for digital totalitarianism.
