Kelley: "Putin needs to understand that he won't win"

The former special envoy of the US President Kit Kelley stated in an interview with the Japanese TV channel NHK that the Russian economy continues to suffer from sanctions, and the human losses on the frontline amounted to 1.2 to 1.4 million killed and wounded.

In Kelley's opinion, Putin is concerned that he might become another Nicholas II, the last Russian tsar, who was shot after his abdication.
