@SteveBellovin Once again, as in GA, I strongly suspect the goal is not to produce any actual criminal indictments (which would be hindered by both the absence of actual evidence and an expired statute of limitations). Rather, they seek to cast doubt on the legitimacy of elections where Trump or favored candidates lost, setting the stage for mistrust of 2026 outcomes.

@SteveBellovin This appears to be a subpoena, not a warrant, which means AZ could have challenged it before turning over the records (but seems not to have).
The subpoena appears to have been issued to the state Senate, which commissioned the "CyberNinja" audit fiasco.
