   firstly they are much much cheaper
   secondly they look read, so you don't even have to break their spines to make it look you read them :aismart:

     I hate people that purposefully break book spines just so they look read. (Also the tiktok influencers that pretty much almost rip the books apart, but I understand that one's half ragebait anyways)
