First, in Colorado we are already working on a similar hybrid model: the social cooperative. It is a global movement that we want to join. This effort is being led by groups with deep community investment. https://www.rmeoc.org/programs/social-cooperative/
@ntnsndr I was wondering if you two had connected, I share your concerns. It feels like A Corps only make sense if you ignore coops. Which a lot of people in the US do, but clearly that's a choice and not just garden variety ignorance on his part if he asked you for advice
