One more reason to decouple parking from housing: owners of yuppie apartment complexes, saddled with expensive excess mandated parking that their tenants don't use, are increasingly renting the space out to ICE. Imagine just being a bougie young professional living in a trendy apartment complex in an "arts district" & suddenly it's full of recklessly driven gestapo wankpanzers & drunk ICE agents carousing after work harassing the local women.
