   I don't really understand how USPS know exactly where in the UK my parcel is, but Royal Mail can only say "it's not in the USA any more"

     @botvolution i justhad the opposite happen: a CD coming from the UK was more or less a gray cloud until it got to New Jersey, and suddenly it was trackable almost to the mile and showed up yesterday as expected, but all the seller could really say was "it's in the Royal Mail, wait till USPS can track it."
