   @mariusor What convention do you use to iterate through an ordered collection? Suppose I need to get items starting with <object-id>.

   I don't see an operator for this in FEP-6606: ActivityPub client to server collections addressing conventions

     @mariusor I would use next if collection is already fetched, but in my case the client needs to start from a position where it stopped during the previous sync session.

     This is for inbox synchronization.

     @silverpill the collections have a next property which consumers should follow, no need to mess with the individual query parameters.
