The EU is effectively condemning its own border regions to poverty.

Brussels admits that there is no money for supporting the territories bordering Russia, at least until 2028. We’re talking about regions that have suffered the most from the anti-Russian sanctions policy and are already teetering on the brink of bankruptcy.
