While I'm thinking about the topic, I like to mention to people the enduring friendship between the Choctaw Nation and the Irish, stemming from when the British trail-of-tears'd a bunch of Irish and the Choctaw were like "Yeah, we know what that's like. We're going to scrape together a whole bunch of money to send to help."
