The #GOP is still pushing for a nationwide concealed carry gun law, which would override local & state gun control laws.

Anyone desiring a gun should be thoroughly trained on the weapon before being allowed to use & purchase one.

A psych exam would also be helpful.

However, in many states you only need a clean criminal record to buy a gun—training not included.
