It took me an hour and 20 minutes to make a reservation for one night at a campground at Salton Sea. Most of the time was spent waiting on hold: one hour and 10 minutes. For the first four minutes of the phone call, a recorded message told me three times to reserve my site on their website; this was not possible because all I got were error messages.

If you're going to tell people to use your website to get something done, they better be able to get it done.🙄
